First and never again shop!

Don't let this be your "first shop"! They do NOT support easy returns and refunds - if you have opened the box and realised that you bought the wrong product, you can NOT return it, or exchange it. They will only accept a return if it is unopened (how is this even Consumer Protection Act compliant?) ) or actually broken - so must I break the monitor to qualify for a refund?? I am sitting with a brand-new, unused monitor that I cannot use because it lacks specific functionality and I can't even pay extra for the correct monitor because they won't allow me to return it. @DellTechnologies - maybe check who's on selling your products because they are giving you a bad name as well.

Good morning Sue,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced.

Please expect a call from one of our agent's to discuss possible solutions to assist you with getting the functionality you need.

Thank you for the speedy reply.
No one has contacted me.
I was hoping that the reply was sincere, but only action will confirm that.

I spoke to a customer service agent who said, as suspected, that they cannot act or advise on an Onseller's behalf. Their return policy states:
Refund policyWe have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It does not say "unopened" since you cannot inspect items without opening the box.

I am extremely disappointed with not being able to exchange or return this monitor - I would NEVER have used your website to buy, had I known this.
All I want is my money back - even if it's minus the 15% handling fee.

HI Sue,
I understand your frustration and truly, I wish I could help.
Dell's refund policy mirrors ours.

On another note, you mentioned wanting a Dell monitor with a USB-C hub integrated. There is no such monitor. All the 24" monitors that have USB-C have only one port. The difference being the top spec having 90W power delivery so you can add a dock on and power it from the monitor.

With that said, if you could explain to me what setup you are trying to get with the monitor, I may be able to find a simple solution that will give you the functionality you desire and am happy to assist you with a voucher.

Best regards,

SR

The monitor I am referring to is the P2425HE
The usb c port is at the back with all the other slots and comes with a usb c cable in the box that can charge a laptop - that is what I mean by integrated hub. The monitor I got is the P2425H, the usb c port is at the bottom of the screen, on the side with 2 extra usb a ports.
I had no idea that there was a difference.

Hi Sue, tried calling you now. I am trying to get this sorted for you so you can get the right monitor. Just wanted to confirm that if we were to take the P2425H back, that you would be buying the right one from us after we credit you?  P2425HE

Best regards,
