First and last time-Rather stick to reputable online shops
First and last time I will do business with them. Half of the products on their website is out of stock. When you enquire about an out of stock product,they will confirm availability BUT with a much HIGHER price than on the website. They are also sending my order bit by bit WITHOUT any communication. If I haved called them,I would have never known.So 5 small items on one order will be send over 2 different days... They do not reply on any e-mails. After contacting them via phone,they promised to get back to me .NO REPLY as expected.

Regarding the part-shipment delivery: we have warehouses situated in different areas and some products are only stocked there, which at times causes the delay with the collection from the couriers and then for them to deliver. This especially causes part-shipment to take place. We do apologize for the inconvenience experienced with this and will discuss with management to see where improvements can be made.

13 Aug 2019, 13:04As expected , nobody came back to me as promised (twice). Says a lot.My order was delivered over 3 days in the end and not 2 days!..hahaha..... never again
