Finally a supplier who really cares

We recently needed a maintenance tank for our eco printer, which wasn't easy to find in the first place. Our IT guy kindly connected us with FirstShop - wow - what a pleasant experience. Their online shop was user friendly, the constant communication of where the product was each time it moved and the unbelievably quick service was outstanding. Way to go team FirstShop. Thank you for caring about what is important to the customer. It was a real treat not to have to follow up or get excuses for poor service.
