This is not the first time I've ordered from FirstShop - the first time I ordered, shipping was said to take 2 working days = promise kept - that was probably 2 or 3 years ago. I dealt with one of the amazing sales guys, Jarred Mann, who assisted throughout the process. I ordered a router from them December 2021 & I did something silly - I didn't put the correct order code on my POP! I emailed Jarred & he responded very quickly & assisted with attaching the right order code to my payment. Colin Jordaan also noticed my mishap & emailed to check on me (such nice guys!) - Okay, got that sorted & received my order at, yet again, a timely manner.
