FANTASTIC service, delivery and shopping experience

I have already ordered twice from FirstShop and will continue to do business with them. When I ordered my parcel late on a Thursday evening, I received it the very next day at lunchtime. Highly efficient and satisfactory service. Competitive prices and great communication!

Things I liked while using FirstShop:

- The parcel was securely packaged. - The customer is regularly notified of the status of the parcel through email and SMS. - Competitive pricing on products. - Although I would not have minded paying an extra fee for shipping, the free business shipping option is fantastic. - Customer service is immaculate, keep it up!

Possible suggestions:

- Possible improvements to SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I regularly use Google as my preferred search engine to search for products and compare prices, and FirstShop items don't always seem to show in the results, even when they offer the best price for a particular product. I only observed through bidorbuy that FirstShop sold the item I wanted at the best price. - Having to place an order before paying for an actual product almost scared me off as a potential customer, as it felt I had an obligation to buy a product, before actually paying for the product. This is effectively untrue, as orders are processed only once the payment for the product is received. Possibly include some clarification on the checkout page with regards to ordering.

FirstShop provided a pleasant online retail experience. Deserving of 5 stars! Keep up the great work! Would gladly order from FirstShop again!
