False advertising of product.

Website states asus xonar hdav 1.3 sound card pci express. order was placed with Suzanne. Payment was made on friday and delivery was told to be monday. On monday called and was told will be delivered by monday afternoon no deliver. Tuesday 2 mails sent no reply. Called Suzanne was told order was not invoiced. Order was then recieved on Wednesday wrong product sent. Asus xonar hdav 1.3 slim pci card .. now store cant source card that was advertised.
