False advertising and lies, only to be told sorry.

So disappointed with my purchase.

I bought a Asus Laptop from them and was **** to multiple times.

Firstly I mailed them to find out what warranty it has, a sale rep came back to me and said 3 years, when I received the product, what do you know only 1 year warranty. When I contacted me they just said sorry and said we don't offer any warranty extensions. I wanted to extend my warranty trough Asus and felt it was only fair that they paid. They also rejected this.

Second instance. Just plain false advertising. I could have bought this laptop for much cheaper at many other places but the main reason I bought this one was that in the description of this product it states that it has the new Arc A370M. Only to get the product with the standard intel iris graphics.

So disappointed even tho it is a great laptop they overcharged me for things that the laptop does not include.
