Extremely Poor Service

I ordered 2 Mecer UPS's on the 30th of November 2023. On the same day order was confirmed and invoiced but only 1 items weas invoiced and delivered on the 4th of December 2023. On the 6th the second one has still not been shipped yet they advertise it in stock and I have confirmed with an agent that the items are in stock. Yet no one is able to tell me when I will receive the second item. This is not the first time it's happened and the last time I had to wait 3 weeks for an item that wasd in stock. Absolutely pathetic.
