Excuse on day of delivery

I placed an order last week Tuesday, 08 March 2016, paid by credit card, only ordering a simple ADSL router. I got a few emails confirming everything has been done from my side, please sit back and wait for the 2-4 working days delivery time. Today, 14 March 2016, I decide to rather email Nicky directly after trying to phone their number various times on Friday, 11 March 2016 and having no luck. I even spoke to Kavith from First Tech on Friday to see if he could chase it up for me, no response. Received a polite email after many hours of \chase up\" to find out that stock will only be available on 21st March 2016.
