Exceptional Service
It was my first time ordering online. I was very pleased with the quality of service FirstShop offered, as I was having difficulty with my online purchase & they helped & guided me through the process. I sincerely appreciate their responsiveness and the way they conducted business. The item I purchased was @ a bargain compared to other online stores. Plus to my surprise, it was delivered the next day, when infact I was expecting delivery in a week or so as I live in a small town in kzn. What exceptional service. I would definitely recommended FirstShop to others because of their excellent service & hope to do business with you for years to come.
