Excellent service First Shop

My printer updated and rejected the inserted cartridges.I was looking for advice and happened upon Colin at First Shop.He was very knowledgeable gave me good advice and suggested as a first step I call the manufacturer of the printer even giving me the help line number.I followed his advice but to no avail.I phoned Colin back he checked availability of the cartridges I required and was again helpful and understanding. I placed an order on the internet phoned after a few days and was promised I would receive my order that day which I did.My printer is happy with the new cartridges and I will definitely buy from First Shop in the future Jenny Partridge
