Excellent service after disappointing customer service

I recently ordered an ink cartridge and only realised afterwards that I ordered the wrong colour. I immediately informed FirstShop but the only person to respond was Vivien-Lee. With quick action she managed to stop the delivery and kept me in the picture all along until the new cartridge was delivered! Thanks to her efforts an initial disappointment in FirstShop's customer service turned into a pleasure. FirstShop must appoint more people of her calibre! Rating would have been far worse without her efforts.
