My expectations have been surpassed by the level of service I have received from Firstshop and in particular Hendry Huysamen.<br> I was able to receive my first notebook within 48 hours with Hendry going beyond the call of duty to ensure that the item was delivered to me in Durban before the weekend.<br> I find the on website live support the greatest support you could ask for as there is always something you are bound to have a question about and there was always someone willing to help.<br> I will continue buying from Firstshop and have already ordered my second notebook from them.<br>
