Excellent Customer Service

I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving from FirstShop.

Why then not 5 stars, you may ask. I have to commend Nami at FirstShop who kept my updated on the status of my order and who even expedited the delivery when I made her aware of the fact my ISP had been activated and I would appreciate if if FirstShop now could please deliver my new router.

While it might be unfair to knock of the fifth star, I am obliged to bring it under their attention to improve their stock control process. I did not need the equipment earlier, therefore, I waited patiently. However, the delayed delivery would have been an issue in the event that I needed the router like in yesterday.

To provide context, I never hesitate to order from FirstShop. Not only are their offerings well priced. They are reliable and do take care to communicate with their clients.
