Empty promises & be prepared to wait for weeks

<p>Placed an order on the 28th of August received my goods on the 12th of September after mails back and forth regarding the promised 2 - 5 day delivery time. I had to ask FirstShop to reimburse me for the delivery charges, they agreed but never actually reimbursed me. Their service is terrible and it doesn't seem to bother them. Please use any other online shop to buy your goods. I would never use them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else that expect good service to even look in their direction. Pathetic service!! </p>
