DONT USE FIRSTSHOP !!!!

Let me please give some warning to other buyers out there, take your money and buy through another supplier rather. I've had a terrible experience from day one with this supplier ! <br> <br> I have bought from them numerous times and each time its been a headache. I placed my order last year and my ETA for delivery was 3-5 working days. This was 2 weeks late ! With the excuse it had just left CPTN And therefore within the 3 day delivery period from when they had it..... <br> <br> I had a faulty HDD as part of the order that failed the very next day,this was swapped out fairly quickly and took another 2-3 days. My Mouse then packed up next day and I submitted a request for swopout, this has been a nearly 2 week process without a word as yet... <br> <br> Throughout hte process I had such a lack of communication about everything - even when I had managers and sales people promising to phone back within a couple f hours - this never happens. <br> <br> The HDD was questioned and told I never returned it - even though they sign for collection and took it from me themselves. Then it was found and I apparently gave them the wrong drive. <br> <br> this place needs to get its act together, the occasional specials not worth headach
