Dont get Caught by a dubious Refund Policy

I returned goods in their orignal packing to Firstshop for a refund by arrangement and after chasing them for over two weeks I still have not had the refund and am now told they would deduct a 30% handeling fee.

There website states 15% if you look for the fine print, but this was never mentioned when I called or in the emailed response, so the reality is that nothing is likely to happen as they dont want the stock back.

After numerous efforts to resolve this I must now have to take it further with the National Consumer Council. Silly really to spend thousands of rand advertising to draw customers and then ruin you reputation for a few hundred. SAD
