Dont ever buy a laptop from these guys

Made the mistake to buy a laptop from Firstshop. The laptop is faulty, but they refuse to comply with the Consumer Protection Act. (I should have the option to either a refund, a free repair or an exchange) They simply put me on contact with their supplier (HP) in India?! And now I've spend a lot of wasted time on the phone. And countless hours of downloading drivers, installing software, restoring old versions of software, re-downloading drivers, etc. with no results at all. Firstshop does not care - as long as they have my money.
