Bought a modem 13 December. Delivery was scheduled FOUR TIMES and the modem HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED. No response to ANY emails. You are on hold to their call centre for more than FIFTY minutes. Tried the direct line, no answer. Left a message, no response. Last response we had was \we are only the middle man". WHAT A CROCK OF ****!!!! I bought the modem FROM THEM if their couriers are *********** that is NOT MY PROBLEM! !!!
