Dispatching and shipping issues

I inquired online whether the item I needed was in stock. Colin confirmed that it was, and that it could be delivered the next day. I ordered, specifying my work's Gauteng address, as that's where I would be for the following few days. After ordering though, I was advised that I will only get it the next week due to dispatching issues. This was not only inconvenient, but also meant that I had to supply my Western Cape address. Vivien-Lee and Patricia both confirmed my new address. I followed up MULTIPLE TIMES via phone and mail, to ensure that the new address had been specified. Low and behold, here I am today, more than a week later, in Cape Town, and my item in Pretoria. Go figure....
