Disgusted at delivery

I purchased a laptop from Gareth at First Shop Technology on 02/08/18. I was promised delivery in 2 - 5 days. 13days later and I am disgusted at the delivery service.

I have been in contact with Sumayya with regards to the delivery and was promised with each call the laptop would be delivered.

This company had 90% positive ratings and felt that I was working with a company that knows what they doing yet I am not happy at all.

I requested that the laptop be delivered on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and my father has had to rush each time home and wait for nobody to deliver.

I am absolutely disgusted!!
