Disappointing service

Be very careful if you order from FirstShop (First Technologies). We bought three UPSs, there was no description of the sockets - the photo of the back end of the UPS online was clearly of a completely different product. When the UPSs arrived and the sockets did not work for us, they said they would try to locate cables to convert but there would be no refund. When we questioned that, they (1) asked us to send them back from Cape Town to Johanneburg at our own expense within three days, and (2) wanted to deduct a 15% handling fee from our refund (about R450). Their reputation is worth only R450 to them?
