Dell monitor and keyboard + mouse combo

The deal was sensational. Great value for money! The only disappointing thing was the fact that I had no sight into the delivery ETA or any sort of tracker. Furthermore, on the day of delivery, I just received a call saying that the delivery person is outside my home, no prior warning or notification. What is even more disappointing is that on my profile, it is still showing that my order Status is unfulfilled. :( Poor customer service/delivery experience.
