Delivery Failure and Shocking Customer Support

Very poor delivery service. They promise 1 to 3 working days, yet nothing arrives. When you call, no one knows where the package is. Asking for a supervisor gets you dumped on hold with no one ever picking up. The after-sales service is a joke. Don’t waste your time.
