Delayed Order

I placed an order for a battery from First Shop recently, with an expected lead time of 1 to 3 days. Unfortunately, it took 8 days to receive the battery. The electrician who is supposed to connect the battery is currently on holiday, and I won't be able to use it until their return next year. Fingers crossed that there won't be any load-shedding during Christmas; otherwise, this delay would have ruined my Christmas. It was my first time ordering a product with them and I am disappointed.
