Delayed delivery, no communications or updates

My delivery took nearly 3 weeks to arrive<br> During this time, there were no delivery updates. I made contact, but received only one mail saying \I'll confirm with the supplier\". No follow up communication.<br> <br> I would not recommend this provider. I'm not convinced that any saving is worth the uncer*****y as to whether you'll ever receive what you ordered."
