Damaged Internal HArd Drive Delivered.

In the past I ordered a lot of Internal Hard Drives. No issues. Beginning of December I ordered another 20TB Hard Drive (INFC***9-INVRSAS***4-POFC***5-WE****18184) When I receive the package from the courier it looked fine. Once I unbox the unit, there was a dent on the unit. I tested the hard drive nut it was dead. I called Firstshop imediately and logged the incident. No feedback until you asked and a rteply i got today stated "We are still investigating this with our courier as the unit was not rejected upon delivery due to the damage." Very bad service!!!! Seems they are not trustworthy to supply a working product..:)
