Customer service
I’ve been dealing with Firstshop for many years, the service was good. I enquired about my order that wasn’t delivered and received pathetic unapologetic responses from Tia Selvarajh! Instead of helping me or providing a solution, she opted to fight with me over email!
Please train your customer service agents, I will never use Firstshop again! This level of behavior is immature, unprofessional and acceptable!
