Correction on double payment for product

I did a CCard purchase for a printer online but the payment showed unsuccessful. Later the day I made another purchase online and payment was confirmed. I checked my electronic bank statement and noticed that both payments on my ccard were approved I was surprised when First Shop contacted me the next day to verify if it was perhaps a mistake and I agreed. On request, I sent an email to FirstShop for the reimbur*****t of the extra payment. The printer was delivered within 3 days. I received the double payment back without any questions asked. I am very satisfied with the service and integrity of Firstshop.
