Company in disarray - they lost the plot
It seems they have lost the plot in the last few weeks. I ordered equipment, and they gave a 3-5 day delivery period. When I called today (after 5 days from order), they informed me that they only invoiced and packed the stuff today. It is not at the couries even. This is causing an embarrasment and bad service to my clients for whom the equipment is destined. I will stay away from them until they have sorted out their systems.
