My first contact with FirstShop was a telephonic enquiry I made - the person was exceptionally helpful. I followed up with an online purchase and again the process was excellent. The price for the item was considerably lower than all other vendors, and their delivery price less lower. I was too late to receive delivery before lock down, but the staff followed to reassure me of delivery asap when lockdown is lifted. I have seldom experienced such commitment when making an online purchase.
