Broken and missing parts in delivery

Ordered a Filament holder for my 3D printer, It arrived with no *****s and the bottom panel was broken and it was glued back in place, you can still see the crack and the glue marks on the panel. I e mailed for response, they then wanted a serial number, not sure where they want to get that info from as it's just 3 pieces of hard plastic that was bubble wrapped together. So i called and spoke to happy at 8:30am who i sent all the pictures and bard codes to. She advised I will receive feedback by 10am. It's now 2pm and still no feedback from them. Last order I place with them.
