BEWARE! THEY ARE *****.

This company does not deliver.

On Monday I order cartridges for a printer. I paid on the same day (we are both at FNB) so they received their money the same day. Their website says delivery 1-3 business days. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we phoned them. They **** by telling us the couriers picked up the order and will deliver soon. We phoned the couriers this morning (Saturday, the 6th day) and offer to pick up from their offices, which they had no problem with, except they have not received the order from this company.

I have now sent them an email, to ask them to reply urgently. If I don't get a reply, I am going to SAPS to lay charges.

I have now lost printing work due to their non delivery.
