Bad service

I purchased a Uniquiti Instant Router on the 9th of November and I have been told it will be delivered the next day since the 16th until today. Colin assisted me and he looks unbothered as he dosent care he just respond to the email and say check tracking code nothing else. The service from First Shop its worse they dont have customers at heart. Even when i track online it just says in Transit since 2days ago.I wont ever use them again
