Bad Service

Been in contact with a guy by the name of Collin, I sent him my request of what I wanted to purchase and he assured me that the items was instock! Went on their shop online to make a purchase of items worth R47000! Then called him he assure me that the items will be delivered in less than 3 days! A day later a wrong product is delivered & not the one I bought on their online store! A week later the other product was delivered! I called him and send numerous email messages to him, he said he will arrange for the product to be picked up and deliver the correct one! A week later nothing! Then spoke to a lady called Odelia she said she arrange for the item to be picked up on Tuesday! Guess what it’s Thursday and the item has not been picked up no replaced! I called their office and all they keep doing is saying they will call me back! Till now 10 days later no one called me regarding this! I’m so frustrated and regret trusting this Collin guy who now just drops my calls and being very rude! My question is how does a Company sent out such an expensive item without verifying if it’s the correct one bought! I’m seated here not knowing if my money will be refunded or item exchanged!
