Bad order processing

I needed a 2 gig ram urgently and as I had good service from FirstShop in the past I ordered through them as they stated that the part would be delivered 3 to 5 days from order. My order and payment confirmations were on 28/02/2018 then my order was sent out for delivery Mar 8, 2018 six working days after I had placed the order, no reason given. If they were actually out of stock in their warehouse and had stated so there were several alternatives to the item. It was finally delivered on 13 March a further 3 working days later a total of nine working days.
