Bad FIRSTSHOPPING experience

I only received 1 of 2 items of my order and since the website states that orders can take place via multiple deliveries, i did not query immediately. After a few days of hearing nothing I queried this and was told that both items were delivered. Once I responded saying it was not, I was assured this would be followed up on. After 2 days and no feedback, i queried again, I was then told the query was passed to the warehouse manager, I awaited feedback and got none and had to requery. Now I am told the item had to be reordered and shipping will resume next week, this is not assurance of receiving my order then. I have to say once I sent a query, the response is quick (thank you for this), however feedback on the queries are not forthcoming and resolution is not acceptably timed.
