Bad experience

I bought a pocket router from First shop, the battery wasn't fully charging, it was also flat within 3 hours. I returned the router, they said that they updated something on it. I wanted a refund, I was then told nothing was wrong with the router, they would charge me a handling fee.I dealt with two people who promised me every time to come back to me. I am still waiting for the router to be returned
