Bad customer service.
Am not happy at all with FirstShops customer service, I ordered headsets that came with a webcam on Wednesday and it all cost me R117. Yesterday I sent them a email wanting to find out about my order they responded this morning telling me they out of stock and giving me an alternative to buy the one's that costs R899 if I had that kind of money I would have bought those. And what makes me angry is that if I didn't send them the email they wouldn't have told me they out of stock I was going to wait for a delivery that was never going to come, I feel ****med and very sad as I have to start work on Thursday and I have no head sets.

17 May 2024, 18:00I would love to share that I got contacted by FirstShop on the same day I wrote the review complaining about their service,and am happy to say that they did beyond what I expected and what I could afford to rectify what happened and I believeiin future if I want to purchase my electronics they will be the first people I go to.
