Bad customer experience

I bought a Motherboard from Firstshop ,<br> <br> I checked their website out first to get piece of mind , they say 1-3 days delivery in Gauteng . Happy with what i saw I decided to purchase a motherboard from them.<br> <br> Big mistake I bought the and paid for the item last week 6 March 2015 and 3 days later i asked for an update ... the guys name is Jarred Mann and he just had one single reply to me ever since . \ will follow up"when i contacted him the next week on Monday guess what he had to say \""will follow up\"" . I spoke to the head office call center guess what they said he is the only one in charge of this specific order. <br> <br> Tuesday came and he send me a reply to wen i asked when it will arrive ? he said it is supposed to be here any moment . Today is Wednesday and now he is saying that the delivery company only received the item on Monday 9 March 2015 "
