Almost a month of waiting!!!!!!

If you expect to wait 3-5 working days as First Shop advertises then rather go to another store!<br> <br> After placing my order and paying for my items, on the 5th working day when I was expecting to receive my order I get an email from one of their employees saying that the item that they advertised was in stock, was out of stock. The employee then tells they will ship the one item I ordered in the mean time (which they could have done without my approval!). I wait another week (where I constantly had to contact them to find out about my order, nobody contacted me) only to get told that they only received the items now, which meant I had to wait another week to receive my items (they never even shipped the one item they had in stock)!! I eventually just requested my money back which I must wait a few days for.<br> <br> PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
