Absolutely useless, in stock is not actually in stock.

Absolute shoddy handling of my order, i placed my order on 20/07/2023, today 27/07/2023 and it still has not been handed over to the courier even after the account manager Fernando told me on Tuesday 25/07/2023 that it would be leaving Wednesday 26/07/2023. The call center is saying it will only leave tomorrow 28/07/2023 which means i wont get it until Monday or Tuesday next week. I have lost a customer over the incompetence displayed by First Shop and have requested my order to be cancelled.
