Absolutely useless
Absolutely USELESS customer service. Dont answer their phones, dont respond to emails, dont respond to web contact. THe person in question in this case is Athenkosi Mekane but she is just a symptom, the cause is basically FIRSTSHOP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
AND they dont have an order tracking service, one of the most basic functions an online shop should have!
