a whole week late delivery

after back and forth with the delivery company I only got my package a week later then expected to have been, this was really a let down to the bottom and the excuse was "I thought it was local and done by our local fleet but it’s done by the hub."

to make things worse the seller was on leave and now had to communicate with other people and they could not even contact the delivery guy with the item.

I also do not know why the delivery guy had to send 'please call me' messages when at my reception, dont they have airtime to call and clarify anything?
