ordered 2 bags and 1 mouse 15 December, they charged me all 3 but invoices 2 items missing one bag. The address information that was on my email received confirmation was different to the invoice that was made to me.

Spoke to almost 5 people between the 15th of December till the 5th of Jan 2022 for a refund and the refund was only done 5th Jan 2022.

pathetic service, i will never buy from them, I wouldn't advise anyone purchases, not even if they have 80% sale. this companys service is the pits shame yesus headache.

To think that I used they so that I could supply items for a customer of mine and ended up looking worse than before to my own customers.

To think they could not even provide me with credit notes for invoicing me incorrectly because they do not do that. what legal company can not send their customers credit notes when they have invoiced the customers incorrectly?

This company is as shady as backdoor ******** places.
