Worst customer service!

First Rand DEBT REVIEW CENTER, is the worst! The customer experience is terrible. I have been emailing them since the 22nd November for my paid up letters and no response, even tried their escalation emails and nothing. I went into the branch twice and got put through a call center that kept transferring the calls and cutting it. Absolutely pathetic service.
