Unknown 2 hard enquiry

Two hard enquiries were done in my name , why, I didn't apply for any credit at FNB, why my profile was used without my consent. POPIA act does not apply to you, why did you do 2 hard enquiry on my name. This affect my credit score............................. 2 time, 2 time in one month, 2????????????????
