Terrible service NAV CAR FNB

I was recently retrenched and saw the app on FNB that allows you to apply for vehicle license renewal through them, they make it sound so painless, little did I know I'm still sitting here weeks later of applying, paying on time for the renewal, fee for delivery aswell as a fine that needed to be unblocked, all paid proof payment sent to FNB nav car, I still have no clue as to what's going on....I'm driving without a valid disk, but nobody seems to care, no feedback, emails are being ignored, I have proof of my emails being sent. It's such a pathetic service really. me also being part of a service job, so I know how this impacts on a company especially during this time. Absolutely pathetic service from FNB nav car
