Terrible service from First Rand Limited

I have been a business and personal client for years and now I get told First Rand has a judgment against you and no one has communicated with me at all. The name on the Judgement is not mine but my identity details are used. I cant get hold of anyone to assist and the bank that I thought looked after my affairs treats me like a ********. This is a disgrace and will never refer or market them again if this is how they treat their long term clients.
