I received a call from the consultant from FNB and the lady said to me fnb would like to offer me a loan and I told her I don’t want a loan and I don’t even think I will qualify and she said to me let’s check then I asked her if she will be doing a hard search and she said no and now when I check my credit report on Experian firstRand is appearing.

I really don’t appreciate the lies and the cheating. Credit score is very sensitive so that is why I don’t just do enquiries unnecessary.

Please don’t trust fnb people because they don’t care about customers they just want business.

The lady deceived me. I am angry rightnow. I even want to stop banking with them.
